Credit Hound Licence Notes
- Credit Hound is licensed per named user.
- Price includes software updates and upgrades during the term of the contract.
- Premier Support includes software updates, upgrades and Avant-Garde general
telephone support during the term of the contract.
- Customers not renewing support will not be able to use the software beyond the term
of their support contract.
- As standard Credit Hound Professional includes 1 Company licence with the first Full
System User licence purchased.
- To continue use of the software customers must have a valid paid support contract.
Full system users can use all of the features within the Credit Hound software.
They can chase customers for money, tag invoices with reasons for non-payment, tag
invoices with disputes, generate reports and write letters.

Spindle Licence Notes
- Support is mandatory for the first year
- Silver support includes updates for the purchased version of the software
during the period of the support contract.
- Gold Support includes software updates and upgrades for the purchased
version of the software during the period of the support contract.
- Premier Support includes software updates, upgrades and telephone
support for 1 year.
- Updates are defined as minor changes to the software.
- Upgrades are defined as major changes to the software.
Spindle Full System Bundle
The full system bundle includes backdrop forms technology and supports printing,
faxing, emailing, archiving and CRM integration. Spindle Professional is licenced
per workstation. A licence must be purchased for each workstation that the software
is to be installed on.
